i was wondering i am going riding and i lost my cover for my filter now what should i put to stop water from coming in

i have heard you can use stockings. but i havent done it. you could maybe use a sock or sumthin. but unless its guna be realy wet and muddy you should be fine w/ out one

I rode for a while without a lid and I kept getting crud in the air box. You should really get a cover...K&N, EHS Racing...or make your own. Going without is asking for trouble. IMHO

well i had the outear wear on it that was water repelent and i put duck tape on it it worked preety good but i found my cover it was in my dads truck
