My friend is looking for a blaster and we are located in New Hampshire. He doesant have much money to spend.... how much money would be a good price to buy a used blaster?? not OLDER than like 2000-2001. keep in mind it is going to be relativily stock too... thanks

ive seen 2003's (these are the first year with hydro brakes) go for 1800 and less

just curious why no older than a 2000?? WE have a 1990 we bought for $500 & JUST bought a 2002 for $400
no change between the 2 as far as i know

what was the 1st year the blaster had the premixing ability?? my friend wouldnt want to mix his fuel like a regular 2 stroke... what exactly are hydro breaks???

ok first off you can premix on any year as long as you get an injector block off plate and hydro or hydraulic like most car brakes used brake fluid to push a brake piston on pads.

I will sell you a bone stock 2001 that has sat in a storage shed since the day it was bought. It has virtually no time on it and still has oil injector. This bike is like right off the showroom floor.

hydro= hydraulic like every other quad on the planet.
the old models (pre 2003) had mechanicla brakes and they are horrible and unreliable
