I just bought an MSR Raptor clutch lever and perch and am putting it on my 400EX and can't seem to get it adjusted properly and can't get any slack
Any suggestions on how to adjust these clutches????

You can adjust it down at the engine, where the cable ends.

You can either adjust it at the engine or at the top. If you still have no slack your clutch could be going out.

I wouldn't think that a clutch going out would cause it to not have slack. It sounds more like the clutch cable isn't long enough, or you aren't adjusting the sheath lengh the right way. For slack, you want the sheath to be as shorter, making the cable relatively longer.
