I found their new oil that is recommended for air cooled four strokes with a wet clutch system. Here is the link.. http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English...win_20W-50.aspx

hopefully that will work. I just got back from napa and they still had about 10 quarts left of red cap that they hadn't sent back so i grabbed 4 of them and sence we know the owner of it he said he'd keep some in the back for me. otherwise i'll have to try this stuff.

That viscosity is too thick for a 400ex ( Im assuming thats the bike you were going to put it in).
Maybe they make that oil in 10w-40, but I doubt it. I wont run that stuff in my bike.

Hey deernuts, if you are looking for 10/40 here it is. I have been running the 20/50 in mine for a while now and really like it!!
Mobil one motorcycle oil 10/40
Good luck with what ever you run.

20-50 Amsoil is all I ever ran in my 400ex and I never had one problem with it.

I think 20w50 would be fine for anytime but maybe the winter. 400ex's run hot anyway and maybe it would be good for it. The motorcycle mobil 1 is probley expensive.

Craig02: Where can you find that oil??
Posted by: nikejoe
The Autozone near me has the Mobil one motorcycle oil. I am running the 20/50. And have and no problems, it actaully helped quite the topend down some. Good luck, It is expensive. Around $7.50 a quart.

You can find it at autozone and walmart. I found some of the old 15w-50 red top oil at Target, so I bought 10 quarts of it.

Have any of you riders looked in to useing Motul products?
Motul has two oils for the four stroke.
I use the Motul 300v ,the better of the two,
It seams to be cheaper $$$ then the Mobil
four stroke oils.
Great oil.
