Duncan racing has offered me sponsorship for 2005. In order to acquire the sponsorship they require that all riders purchase a FatBoy4 exhaust system. I'll be running 250B this season in district23, and the decibel limit is 99. I've heard they're legal, heard they aren't. Does anyone with a credible source really know? i don't want to spend 400.00 on a new exhaust system to have it be illegal.

Tavis and Chad passed tech this year. I think you will have to run the turndown. I know they are working on quieter, but for now they pass.
