does anyone have any idea of how or where I can Get a kit and plastic to change my 400ex plastic to the new 450r plastic?

That looks like it is just the parts for the 05 400ex.

Wrong!!
The only part that is the same as the 450R is the headlight unit!!
Every thing else is specific for the 2005 400EX!

Yes...it will bolt right up after you weld on my custom made fender/ headlight stay frame brackets that are included with my kit!

Hey...I'm not trying to get retire off of this kit!!
These new parts are not cheap as you know!!
Retail price for everything included is $428.00!

I haven't had any problems selling them for $325.00

Personally I think it is very reasonably priced. I do sales for a living and of course no matter what people are always trying to get something cheaper. If this kit was $50 cheaper I wouldn't just jump on it as I really have no problem with the price. I'm curious how much someone would give me for my current plastic.

that is no kit he is just selling honda OEM parts that you can get at any honda dealer.

Yeah,
Anybody can buy the parts from the factory for $428.00 retail! Then you would have to fabricate the Headlight/ Fender stay bracket mounts...which are included in my kit!
As you can see in my ebay ad this kit comes complete with everything including...Bolts, plastic clips, rubber grommets, brackets, Plastics, OEM factory tank decals ect...
It is truly a complete kit!!!

Why would you need the black sides or the tank cover if you already have them on a 400?

Personally I would want the black sides of the tank otherwise the conversion is pointless. You might as well make it look as much like a 2005 as possible if you are going that far. Just my opinion.

The side panels in this kit are new style 2005 with out the dimples!
I threw in the gas tank cover so everything looks NEW!!!
Got to keep it real!!

I like the kit and I watched the auction. I saw there was not a bid on it. Is there some way we can work with the price. I really want it but I can't afford it.

I think it is Great for you to put this together for everyone to have a chance to upgrade there quads. If we can work somthing out ...please let me know. Thanks

Hey Quatroloco, Thanks! I sold both kits I had advertised on Ebay! It's been getting harder to get these parts from Japan! I have placed my new order today and should have a couple more kits to sell soon!
I'll give you the ATVRIDERS discount!! or free shipping? I'll let you know when the new parts come in.
