P.S. I working on 1 that the rod seized on the crank, & the cases have to be spilt!

i know service honda has the parts diagram
www.servicehonda.com perhaps they have the manual too. (im sure it wouldn't be free though)

br549, you can download parts manual on www.servicehonda.com pdf file. I could not find the service manual online. Bought from dealer at $40 or so bucks. It does show you everything you need to know.

Do you know what seized the rod? overheating, no oil? Clutch inner hub nut and flywheel a bit*h to get off. Good Luck.

you should have a free membership when you got a new 450R. If you did, you have access to one for one year from purchase date.

not aware of a service manual online, but if you look on ebay, you can find a hardcopy for about $26 delivered.

alot of the time u can buy a honda manual on cd but the 450r isnt out on cd yet just hard copy
