He PMed me this question and this was my response. This if for anyone asking the same type of question

This is an alright deal(considering they were 12,000 new)

BUT, you could get a Cannibal or Speed for say 3,000 to 3,500, get ANY updates that the bike doesn't have(look for one with at least a Stage 8 Kit), and then get Houser Longtravel a-arms, with Elkas for $2,000, and by buying Elkas new, they would be valved for you, get a $400.00 dollar HMF pipe, Get it remapped as a Moto or Blaze or whatever you want(probably be worth it to buy a D&M kit for $300.00) and get the rear shock revalved for your weight and riding style for say $300 MAX. THEN you have a bike thats more setup exactly for you for about $6,000 to $6,500. You could even spend $800 to $900 on a new rear shock. THEN get into the aftermarket stuff you would put on the Moto, and in the end, you'll end up with a way better bike, thats setup FOR YOU. Plus you'll be able to make it perform whatever way you want with the D&M kit.

And another thing i didn't say, is the only thing bad out of doing that is you wouldn't be able to say "I have a Cannondale Moto" but what does it matter when its that hooked up

P.S. To answer your questions about the Stage 8(I sent you a PM about the D&M and forgot the Stage 8) the Stage 8 kit is a new type of bolt for your Crank Plate(can't remember the exact name) and it keeps the bolts from backing out like stock
