my tie rod is bent but i also noticed the tire is not going completely straight up and down. Is this caused from the tie rod being bent ?

have you been fightin tree's lately?

no, this is caused by your camber, i think, being off

what is the camber ? and how do u adjust it

Camber is not adjustable on stock and some aftermarket a-arms.

I don't think the bent tie rod will have will have any effect on the camber angle. If that is correct i'd say the rim, spindle or one of the a-arms is bent. An easy way to check the rim is put the front end on a stand and spin the wheel. If it's questionable try a few different wheels if available, new would be nice. Tires don't have to be mounted

there brand new rims. must be an A-arm dammm
