when your riding a at speed and say for instance you hit a rock and you hit it in a way that it turns your handlebars say to the left and your quad makes a quick left,just annoying things like that
Ways to help it is shocks,flexx bars,and the cheapest way a steering stabilizer

your actually not right, but that is the popular definition. true bumpsteer is how the toe in change as the wheels go thru thier travel
