what is the best way to change the color of rims i would like to have them black and a 250r hood

what i meant was could someone photoshop my rims and hubs black with a 250r hood and new bars

and in real life wat would be the best way to change the colors of my rims to black where they wont scratch off the paint

^^ powder coat will last the longest even know since they are rims and will get a lot of abuse everything will start chipping sooner or later but powdercoat is the best
