im purchasing a mikuni tmx carb from esr and am wandering which is better for mx 36 or 38 which will help with low and mid rnage power more thanks

i run with a 38m mikuni carb i love it and it seems to be good for low end

I am running a 36mm TMX on my LRD 300 resleeve with the ESR Tr6 Pipe/silencer and it will pull your arms out of the socket. The 38mm will give just a tad less bottom (barley noticable, but noticable) with a higher pull on the top end.

I was wondering that too, currently im running a 38pj, but just bought a 38tm off ebay, and hope to try it out soon.

has anyone tried a tm with a powerjet? if so how well do they work for tuning?
