Has anyone ever fabbed there own battery holder for a 400ex? I'm thinking about doing it. I was thinking maybe using some angle iron and expanded metal or something....and just runing expanded metal around it and on the edge have the angle iron.

Anyone else ever do anything like this?

im just curious, but whats wrong with the stock one? When i did my 250x to 300ex swap, i just welded tabs for a stock 300 one to bolt to the frame
