Hey I just installed my GYTR Aluminum Slip On, with the GYTR Jet kit, I have a 165 main, 45 pilot and NVCQ on the 4th clip. At the moment I have the stock filter in and lid ON. I only got it started once and when i did, It see med to idle and rev fine..I hadnt had the chance to ride it yet due to todays crappy weather. But now It wont start, Ive tried no lid, choke full on..no choke...do you have any ideas what might get this started? the only thing i can think of is MAYBE a fouled sparkplug. thanks!

Fred
Give the gas a couple of pumps. I jetted my bike and ever since it will not start on the choke at all and I have to pump the gas a few times to get it started and after it is warmed up it starts fine. Set the choke down one click not all the way down. I think mine has to do with my cam mod. also not to be an a-hole but check the petcock

Already checked the petcock, ill go out and see if that works though! thanks

when mine's cold, i pump it 2 or 3 times and it fires right up with the chock on. and i have a 168 main, 48 pilot, 5th clip on stock needle, and 2.5 turns out on the fuel screw. and right now i have the stock pipe with the baffle out, air box lid off with stock filter, and the cam mod.

try with the lid on, or try richening the jetting up some

When I did get it started this morning, i let it idle for a while and i revved it also..i didnt get to drive it..do you think could've caused the sparkplug to foul?
