im starting my winter rip down and rebuild im hoping to turn this boring looking

quad into looking like a race machine by the summer that is just around the corner i need a frame so if u got any let me know and im looking to spend around 200 preferablly a bare metal one tell me what would look better on this it already has a 416 kit in it and cams and other motorwork iv been reading about the 450 carbs on the 440 and 416's i was wondering if this was hard to do and if so anyone got one

yea i did y u know him ? well i traded him my banshee and im getting a frame and subframe cuz they r cracked and welded everywhere

I know quadjunkies put a 450r carb on there 400 and said it was better.

I got a fram and sub frame that is powder coated flourescent orange. No cracks or breaks in it. The sub frame is slightly tweeked but you can't tell when it is bolted up to the frame.

well thankx to ^^ i will have a frame by this friday coming and i got protaper bars from a kid off here thank you i love them cant wait to see them on the bike and i got all new shocks from jonc off here too thank you ill take piks later and post them of the parts in my garage my motor is at a friends house me and him are tackling that project tommorrow so that will be ready for friday wil post piks l8ter

ok guys got the frame looks alot better in person now i know why he said its better in erson cuz it is here it is in my garage starting to be built

stock arms 250r front shocks 400ex rear shock stock and blule shiny maiers with black hood

well some things happened and my buddie woked his magic and helped me out with my motor and i tackled the swingarm and rear brakes turned out nice i might say so far

i am mighty proud of how its urning out this is what she looks like as of tonight

well tonight i first heard the new rumble of the motor and WOW it sounds so new and has a deep aggressive rumble to it

looks like i have a new born monster

for the upcoming summer of newyorkers that visit my turf ( no offense to you new yorkers)

well it runs was doing the ilde break in today run fro 10 mins cool for 20 run for 10 cool for 20 and so on got my chain on right and the gastank and just slid the stem in so i could run it a little while

yea my buddy is hoookin me up with an axle and then ill probably get +2 aarms then shocks im think bout works dualrate without rezzies setup for me and +2 aarms what kinda aarms r cheap but strong like undr 500?

Burgard has some nice a-arms. There pretty cheap too if I can remember. I have +2+1 burgard a-arms with works shocks reduilt by Mark Baldwin. Its a nice set up for me.

are there any type of +1 or +2 aarms that are under 500 or 400 ? everything is expensive these days and i have a few new piks just need to load them up maybe tommorrow

got a small amount of work done today got my air scoops on my new sprockets on, chain adjusted, greased carrier and arms and all that un stuff

then hooked up my ghetto intake aK&N just clmaped to the boot for now till i get my aluminum airbox with the prodesign prowflow kit THEN i tightened my hubs up not a very productive day kinda was slackin off a little just waiting on that steering stem bering and dustseals I CANT WAIT I NEED TO RIDE

i think im going to go crazy if i have to wait any longer to ride

once i finish it im going to give it a complete scrubdown all the nooks and crannys cuz of the grease getting on the frame and suck but ive been trying to get some pieces cleaner than they were before but i think i may have the bearing tonight and a few piks will be on the way shortly in a few mins maybe

also itl be getting tires all around on rims soon and new bars i rolled it on sunday 2 times and bent them so if anyones got a set of cr high bend bars im interested anyone know where i can just buy the bars alone without the clamp ???
