My buddy has a Z400 and when its cold out and u go to start it , it will just turn over and over but it wont start up and run.. but it wil catch in gear and after u get it running it runs good and strong and he has the compression checked and its good so its not blown up can anyone help??

opps my bad he just said the compression is low it tested at 51 psi...... but he said after u get it running it runs like its new think its just the rings??
