i was woundering waht the top spedd of a 400ex is with a k&n filter and an hmf slip on pipe like how fast does it go

will only go as fast as stock unless you tinker with gearing or tires. so about 67-68mph.

pipe and filter dont give you more speed, they just get you to top speed faster. A guy I know rode his down the road past one of the radar things that the cops set up to let you know how fast your going and it said 67.

Most of the replies you have gotten are fairly accurate. The top speed on a stock 400ex is 67-69. But my buddy bought one that we clocked with his dad's police radar gun and it runs 71. Some motors just come out of the shop that runs faster but my 400ex ran 68 when it was stock.
