Someone dropped some pvc glue on my plastics and I am not to sure on how to remove it, any ideas? I could scratch it off but I am afraid of further scratching my plastics.

pvc primer will soften it up

Pvc glue, kinda melts the plastic, so I think the only way to get it off would be to sand it, or maybe try rubbing some gasoline on it.

gas works good, we take all of the black boot marks off of my buddies yellow Z with gas. Works like a charm and doesn't hurt his fenders at all. Also try stuff called goof off, the sell it at home depot. We had some tree sap fall on my girls car when we were camping and by the time we got home it was dried solid. we sprayed a tiny bit on and the sap WIPED OFF!!! I was astonished and its safe for paint and what not. Works great.
