Stock 400 shocks,pretty positive ill be racin at fox racway at marienvile PA this spring and after my moter work,my pockets are running shallow,should i be ok my first couple races? how bad is it w/ stockers?

stock sucks, i would sugest doing suspension mods before even thinking of motor work.

how far is this track from the philly area? I ride rausch alot and am always looking for new tracks in pa if they are not to far

You probly won't run into a lot of highly built quads at fox next year due to the fact there not ama sanctioned and there quad turnout the last two years has been terrible. I've been going up there for 2-3 years and its just been gradually going downhill.It used to be a lot better track for quads than it is now but i'm not saying don't go cause it is fun to race under the lights. There probly just won't be too many people in your class.

I think them not being AMA sanctioned mught bring more quad riders out. When the track was owned by Dana it was not AMA sanctioned and there was always alot of quads that raced there. I know some people that didnt race there because they didnt want to pay for an AMA membership.I might make it up there for a few races since i only live 25 mins form the track.

ya thats what atracted me being that i never raced a sanctioned event yet iv only seen a dale and a 400ex race there the 2 weeks i spent up there,i figure if it my first raced and theres only a few ppl i cant look that bad ya kno

and yes... SUSPENSION BEFORE MOTOR!!! Who cares if you pull the holeshot...cuz all those guys will blow right by you once you hit the first braker.

i raced stock shocks on my EX last year without engine mods and it sucked. you made a big mistake doing engine work first. the stock shocks and such cant handle the power the stock engine has so racing with engine mods is gonna suck
