Just thought I would share a few pictures of the Raptor frame of where I had it gusseted. My friend did the welding and gusset building for me. These welds look awesome, top notch! Best thing of all it was all a FREEBIE!

The top arch I had reinforced as I have heard/seen at least 4 other Raptor frames crack in this area. Mine was not cracked, just taking precautionary measures here.

Had the light brakets gusseted as the left side had cracked and actually fell of when riding through the whoops at Little Sahara. Not going to happen again! Also added another gusset behind the shock mounts on the downtube.

The final area is the lower area in front of the engine and nerf bars.

No I did not do the welding.

He welds for a living for Motoviational Tubing. (JR. Dragsters)

What kind of welding is that? Did he mig it or tig?
