Does anyone know the stock main jet size of the 04 trialblazer 250??? Or is there a way i can find out?? help plz!

Depends on your elevation, temp etc but the service manual says the following

0-3000 feet below 0 degrees 150 main jet 0 to 40 degrees 140 main jet 40-80 degrees 130 Main jet above 80 120 main jet

3000-6000 feet subtract 10 from the above values so if your at this elevation and its 60 degrees run a 120 main jet..

if you need more help post your specific altitude/temp and i will repost the suggested jetting/airscrew settings
