I have a question for all the people out there.
I have a Z440 and my radiator overflow gets full when I'm riding. Normally every bike will push it back into the radiator, mine doesn't..Now it never did this until I put the 440kit on...Can someone please tell me what could be wrong??

PLease help..I want to know before I take it to the dealer.
Thanks

hmmm wouldnt know y cause u are putting off more heat therefor it should be using more fluid to keep it cooled, unless ur thermostat is broke or somthing

if it is using more fluid, it should still go back in, right?

yes it should unless for some reason the big bore kit is taking less in therefor pushing more in to ur overflow, but i dont that would happen probably something is up with ur thermostat, or that ur water pump is pushing ur fluid threw the engine and is backing up, i would take ur side cover off/clutch cover and check the water pump gear/bearing and impeller

UBEEN thanks for all the advice..My friend just called and he also thinks it might be the water pump.If you have any more thoughts or Ideas please feel free to let me know..I will get to my bike probably on Moday..

i dont know if you know this but when heat builds in a radiator, pressure builds. There for releasing it into ur overflow tank. This in turn would lead u to believe that your engine is running hot. May be a bad fan thermostat or thermostat itself. Is that fan coming on often. I have a 440 kit in my kfx and never have this problem. Very reliable. Just my thought

yeah the fan comes on sometimes but not often..If I let the radiator get empty it will come on..

yea the prob was that you put the 440 kit on it lol
