I know this is a stupid question but how do i remove the little black tabs that hold on the gas tank cover. They are like little black plastic things that look like thumbtacks. Do i just pop them right out and in or what? Also i am do this in order to rejet, so if you could please tell me what plastics i need to remove in order to rejet i would appreciate it.

a flat head screw driver. where the little slit is, put your flat head in there and pop them up. once you get the first tab out, do the same for the holder ones.

dont worry dude i had the same question. what i do is get a flat head screwdriver to get it started to come out the get a pair of needle nose and grab the "stem" under the tab and pull. my plastics were too flimsy to do it alone with a flathead.
