which quad is the best for moto cross HONDA??? or the YAMAHA y or y not????

well most people will say the yfz and id have to agree, the main advantage is that it sits lower. out of the box stock the yfz is probablly one of the best mx bikes made. but once u mod a 450r and a yfz with a-arms, swinger, axle, bars, ect. then they will be about the same. if it were me id take the yfz and put a kick start kit on it and race mx with it.

Definitely get the Cannondale Moto 440 if you can get the money! If not, go with the YFZ 450

Is that the 1 and ONLY thing your gonna do it mx? IF your going to trailer to mx races and ride there its ok try a YFZ. if you plan on doing any kind of recreational riding like 95% of us do, look at the 450R. much more comfortable quad in my opinion.

I have ridden 6 YFZ's. All set up in totally different ways. The YFZ is a good quad for balls out 30 mins of racing. The 450R is good for 3 hours of nonstop ridin!

I wanted a Honda but have rode the Yamaha. Ended up buying a YFZ. I do strickly MX and YFZ is much cheaper to get it right. The Honda would have cost me another $4,000.
