no, I don't have a oil leak, I took those pics after replacing my counterbalancer and also thats where I store the oil pan.

I have on my motor. It is an ESR temp gauge. You can order it from them for $80. They are easy to install, you just splice it into your existing line.

1988,....i absolutely love your red R. im in the process of restoring an 86 project i just got and yours is almost exactly what i want mine to look like. i plan on doing a few minor mods such as pipe, piston, and jet kit, but getting origional ohtsu tires and oem plastics.

Oem plastic will cost you quite a bit, I did the front of my 89 ( with stickers, left front ,right front, headlight) and it cost me over $500.
Worth it in my opinion though.

Try Planet Honda, Troy Racing, and Service Honda. If you mix and match (new hoods are $83 from Troy, fronts are cheaper from Planet) from them you can probably save $100 or so.

Yeah, I used to have my own track, I met new ppl daily b/c of it, actually got to be a PITA, I'd wake pissed off b/c of disrespectful ppl that would just show up and ride w/o permission

this is the final add on(seat cover), aside from getting the hand gaurds on AND i will be testing the new HARDKOR rear hubs for the rear once they finish the desgin. then its time to try to break them..

then it will finally be done..

oh wait damn, im putting in a fully ported BWR 330 motor, with pcoated cases

i guess it never ends

listen find out your best price on plastics and I will try to get you them cheaper. IMHO oem are the best plastics, I sitll have my old set but im building another R from all my extra parts.

heres a friends 1987 250R its pretty done up some of us call it the 250REX(4 obvious reasons). Hes had this R since it was brand spankin new and the suspension went over some changes since this pic whas taken now he has House A Arms on it, Air Scoops,and RPM Dominator Axle

The dump pipe comes right out of the Yoshimura carbon fiber exhaust. It has a bypass wastegate right off of the empelor if that's what you are talking about. It is quiter than my other '97 GSXR 750 w/ a Yoshi full system! It's for sale if you are interested?
