just wondering if this would look good and how well it would hold up to the heat and stuff.. if anyone has done this or knows something about it, let me know.. thanks ,Jason ps... i would like to go with some kinda black color or something, just to make the motor look a little better , but i still want the clean look, i don't want it to look chitty...

it can be done, however your boots will eventually tear it up and it will have to be redone....and the whole thing will start over
best bet is to buy a billet one or strip the factory finish and leave it bare
