my rear brake pedal is stuck......what I mean is that I'm unable to get it to move.........so I decided to take it off but have been unable to get the lever off.........I have taken the retaining pin out and a washer that was there but I am still unable to remove the rear brake pedal........any suggestions? please help!

PB Blaster ...soak it and keep cleaning and soaking

if that doesnt work heat may need to be applied to the frame

if you let the brake peddle get this bad, how is your swing arm pivot bolt?

I had the same problem..

Just keep soaking it with penitrating oil and working the lever up and down while applying outward pressure to the lever. It took me about three days of casual work to get it undone, didn't want to get pissed off and break something

same problem here, i have the pedal at the half out of the hole... what can i do to finish? tryied an hour with WD40 each 2 minutes, it wont wanna get out ... help me please

Just do what Pappy said. PB Blaster is the only way to go. WD-40 is nothing compared to PB.

bah.. pb blaster.. i use that for light things.. but when it comes to a tough job.. NOTHING.. beats KROIL.. hard to find, impossible to match..best lube i have ever used
