frame and sub are usually 175 to 225 depending on the color chosen

no, only aftermarket should be done unless you modify the stockers to accept removable ball joints.

Whats the difference that alows the stock a arms to not be able to be powdercoated?

the nylon/polymer bushing inside the ball joint will melt when the arm is cured
