a little to big for a cr80, but try either fmxramps.com or the forum on quadfmx.com

go find a bobcat or pick up a shovel and start shoveling. unless you know how to weld i wouldnt build a ramp out of wood. in my mind riding up something thats wood at about 40 miles an hour with in your case probably about 250 lbs sketches me out.
