I think the 400ex is the best (all-around quad). I have ridden all the others except the yfz.

out of those a yfz. I haven't rode a kfx or z but from what ive heard they are nothing too special.

It has go to be the Z for all around. If you asked for racing I would have said the YFZ.

William yokley(sp?) done awesome in GNCC racing. doug gust dominated GNC racing. On one brand of bike, in the woods or on the track it doesnt matter. If the hond 450r would have E-start then yes. until then "Z"

With the new 400ex face lift and reverse i would say the 400ex is my choice.I also think for the horsepower and the best ride the trx450r would win that category.The yfz is a great bike but i still like the feel of the honda better.......Chris
