I got the machine mentioned above.
Its quite mint and was ppurchased for $400 bucks.

The rear brake cables seem stretched.The ones on the bars but the cable at the pedal seems fine.
So I suspect the pads are to be worn as well.
I puylled the wheel and all the nuts to get to the housing and off comes the housing and inside there is a odd looking aluminum additional cover that turns with the axle.

How do I get this off to get to the brake pads?

I should state that this is not the normal user who graces this board this is his father.
Hes not here to post this for me.
Its going to need some tie rod ends and other small stuff and where is the best online place to order from?
If I get silly answers I will have to break out the YFZ and tear this place apart.
