I'm heading up to the Badlands next weekend and they have sand dunes up there along with trail riding and rocky terrain. I'm curious as to how my Holeshots are going to work in that enviroment. Has anyone attempted it?

air em down and you should be fine. might be a little less hook off the line, but once you get into it, you'll do fine. knobbies can do extremely well if you lower the air pressure.

I'd run about 2˝lbs in them, if your going to be riding other terrain, you can run like 1˝ for just the sand and wont pop the bead. It will just be a lil more squirly, although you won't notice it because you have never ridden with paddles.

i would be more concerned about your horsepower over tire selection,a 440ex is like riding a golfcart around dunes you should bring a pinger cause a cammer wont cut it!!
