38mm Keihin carb and Delta V-force reeds
race gas w/ Amsoil 50:1 synth
Elka triple rate front
Rebuilt rear
Burgard +2+1 A-arms
RPM tapered carrier
RPM anti fade
RPM Dominator axle w/race hub
a bunch of other mods but I'd hate to bore you all with details

Get some money to start looking for a used aftermarket frame
