Rear Caliper - Piston Cap Popped Off

It looks like this cap is held on with some kind of epoxy.


This happen to anyone?

What do you mean by the rear caliper cap?

Yes, it is held on by epoxy. Just put some new sticky stuff on. Once you get it stuck to the piston and put the pads on it'll be ok.

I had a buddie that just had that happen to his LTZ440 Just this weekend, But he Pulled one off of a spare calliper i had for my 400ex and glued it on there, and Its working fine!

Luckily, Mine popped off as I was changing the pads.

Do you have a spare rotor or rotor hub I can buy off you? I smashed the hell out of mine.

sorry man, thats one of the only things i dont have for the rear end!!!!, Mabey in a few months, Im gona try to put a 250r rear brake setup on my old 400!!!!!
