hey guys did any one see that Service Honda is ofering a new 250R, sort of. they are taking 400ex frames and modding them to hold the 250R engine from the dirt bike. the conversion cost 5K on your exsisting EX or just shy of 10K for a new bike all together.
this was in a new magazine but i can't think of wich one.

:already knew that:

Yeah they have been around for a while. I do have to say they are sweet I had a chance to ride one at LTM in casey and it was awesome. They way to do it is take a junk 400 frame and take the numbers off of it and service honda will give you a new one with those numbers. Then take the rest of your 400ex parts and just buy the motor, radiator, and swinger that works with the setup. They run great if the price was a little less i think they would sell a bunch of them, i know i would like to have one.

id rather have a real 250r

for all the $$ you spend on that service honda quad you can use that $$ And build a SICK 250R.

Service honda uses the new cr250 engine, it probably makes 45-50 hp. It's got to be a sick ride.
