Hey guys, I just picked up an 01 440EX today and I'm going to do the regular maintenance this weekend and I was curious as to what spark plug you guys recommend.

I'm getting NGK plugs but I'm curious as to if I need to go with a hotter or a colder plug due to the increased compression ratio(approximately 11:1 since it runs fine on pump gas). Also, do I need to widen or tighten my plug gap with the increased cylinder volume?

NGK DPR9Z this is one step cooler than stock

use stock plug gap
