The 6th round of the GNC TT was held in Greenbrier, AR just on the outskirts of the beautiful Ozark mountains.

Posted by: macsolocam

The weather was pretty good for Arkansas this time of year. For Saturday we had cloudy skies with just a little humidity and the high temp was probably in the low 80's.

When I first got to the track I took a stroll around to check out what pro riders were attending, as well as, what aftermarket companys were on hand.

The first Rig that I came to was Legacy ATV.

Posted by: iceracer65

The "Quadfather" Kenny Marcou again showed the young bucks the fast way around the track. The Wisconsin rider led 8 laps of the 25+ class final, but got out motored as he left his banshee at home He still ended up 2nd in the class...way to go Ken!!

Posted by: macsolocam

Brian McGhee, Johnathon McGhee, of Legacy ATV were on hand to sell some of their products. Here to represent them we have Leah Lorberg from Gordonville, MO.

Posted by: macsolocam

The next rig I saw was the Lonestar Racing of Keith Little's.

Posted by: macsolocam

I caught Keith doing some early prep to his bike and he was glad to pause to take a mug shot!

Posted by: macsolocam

Next, I came across Doug Nicholas, mechanic for Daryl Rath. I have a friend that had a problem with his predator from the Northwest Arkansas area Tyler Drake that have spoke with them on the phone several occasions. He brought his quad to Twin Creeks and Dan gladly helped him figure out the problem.

Posted by: macsolocam

I caught Daryl working on rebuilding a shock and got him to give me a quick look.

Posted by: macsolocam

Here we have Brian Foltz and Robin Seitz with Extreme Tec-ATV. They had their dyno trailer on hand and ready to see if your quad could really walk the walk of the talk that some people thought their quad was pushing.

Posted by: macsolocam

Kevin Helt also had his dyno-works trailer in the pit area. Kevin was running in the +30 class for the weekend.

Posted by: macsolocam

Here I got to meet and visit with the man behind PEP Shocks Wayne Moorridan.

Posted by: macsolocam

Shane Hitt was looking like he has had a great recovery and was ready to give it his all again here at Twin Creeks!!

Posted by: macsolocam

Dave Kister from Conneaut, OH was ready to go. Dave was currently in 4th going into round six.

Posted by: macsolocam

From Romulus, MI we have #708 Harold Goodman looking cool!

Posted by: macsolocam

Here we have Jathen Seale from Sparkman, AR. When Jathen is not running the TT series you can find him on the GNCC track! I got to meet him for the first time along with his dad. I would like to thank Jathen and his dad for taking time out to show and tell me a few things they have done to their 450r. It was very interesting seeing some of the things that they have made, machined, and modified. I look forward talking to you guys in the future. By the way, I will hold you to that ride some weekend in the near future!!

Posted by: macsolocam

Now its track time.....Here we have the straight stretch going into the fast first curve left.

Posted by: macsolocam

Then, the track splits. Each lane took a few more curves and you could either take the outside which you went over a roller, a small table, and then a quick hard right, or you could take the inside that swept around and you took a right off camber turn.

Posted by: macsolocam

Here is the roller....

Posted by: macsolocam

small table, hard right and go into the next to last curve to the left around on the berm over a single to the finish line.

Posted by: macsolocam

The berm over a single and back onto the straight stretch for the finish.

Posted by: macsolocam

This is the view behind the starting line looking down the stretch.

Posted by: macsolocam

Starting around 6pm it was time for the pros to take a few fast laps. Tim Farr was looking like he was on a mission during practice flying around the track.

Posted by: macsolocam

Brandon Watts #318 from Gore, OK.

Posted by: macsolocam

Harold Goodman #708 staying hard on the gas in a off camber turn.

Posted by: macsolocam

#316 Jathen Seale. Jathen you need to slow down, you're looking way to fast!!

Posted by: macsolocam

Devid Kister showing some power coming of a 180 turn.

Posted by: macsolocam

#67 Daryl Rath on his predator.

Posted by: macsolocam

#22 Brad Covington.

Posted by: macsolocam

#5 Shane Hitt.

Posted by: macsolocam

Here during the practice, Shane Hitt came around this corner a little to hot. Shane spun out and got hit from behind to send him off his quad. Luckily everyone reacted quick and nobody was harmed.

Posted by: macsolocam

Tim Farr gives Hitt a good look to make sure he is ok.

Posted by: macsolocam

Shane hops back on his quad to get back in the practice action.

Posted by: macsolocam

#12 Ketih Little....Keith was looking flawless in practice and I knew he would be fighting for that 1st spot in the main.

Posted by: macsolocam

Darin Ogden #2 from Dillonvale, OH.

Posted by: macsolocam

Zac Willett #47 from Henderson, Ky.

Posted by: macsolocam

# 81 Chris Gary.

Posted by: macsolocam

During practice about 5 to 6 riders practiced the hole shot at a time which was pretty exciting espically for the fans.

Posted by: macsolocam

practice holeshot.

Posted by: macsolocam

another practice holeshot.

Posted by: macsolocam

This was the Divisions splits.

Posted by: macsolocam

Tim Farr won in his division and when the checkered droped he was way out front.

Posted by: macsolocam

Shane Hitt won division two but had Jathen Seale right on his grab bar.!!

Posted by: macsolocam

The lane split was going to be very important when it came down to tight racing. Usually if the person on the outside was ahead of the person on the inside when they were going over the roller the outside person usually got on the inside and made the move to the front.

Posted by: macsolocam

Now it was time for the main!! Here is the starting line lineup.

Posted by: macsolocam

When the green light droped it was Keith Little pulling the holeshot.

Posted by: macsolocam

Shane Hitt was running second behind Little with Tim and Harold quick to follow.

Posted by: macsolocam

Farr was right on Hitt for a numerous laps earily in the 20 lap event.

Posted by: macsolocam

Keith was in his zone out front and not checking up!

Posted by: macsolocam

Tim finally decided to take the lane option on Hitt and made up enough ground to make it on the inside Shane. Here's Farr after the pass...looks like he is on a mission is search of Little, which he was!

Posted by: macsolocam

Harold Running in 4th.

Posted by: macsolocam

#47 Zac Willett finished 9th the the main.

Posted by: macsolocam

# 2 Darin Ogden Spun out and finished 13th in the main event.

Posted by: macsolocam

As Farr was closing the gap between him and Little his 450r came to a stop. The coil had broken off the frame. Farr got it fired back up to try to save points.

Posted by: macsolocam

Keith went on to take the checkered flag, Hitt second, Goodman third, Covington forth, and Watts fifth.

Posted by: macsolocam

Harold Goodman with his third place trophy and interview.

Posted by: macsolocam

Shane Hitt accepting second with his son attending.

Posted by: macsolocam

Here is Keith's interview with his first place trophy. Keith talked about how exciting it is going to be going into the last round.

Posted by: macsolocam

Keith came to Arkansas and raised the roof with the Arkansas fans as they shouted "Way to Go Keith"!!

Posted by: macsolocam

Here is a few post celebration.

Posted by: macsolocam

post celebration cont...

Posted by: macsolocam

Here is your overall winner of the Twin Creeks Round #6 of the GNC TT. Way to Go Keith!!! I hope everyone enjoyed the race report. This was my first report and 3rd event to take pictures. See everyone in Texas!!

Posted by: Craig02

Congradulations Keith, great race, and I cannot wait to see the final round. Great coverage macsolocam!

Posted by: p@iNn3ck

Awesome pics! Great coverage!

Posted by: LilMissHoleshot

It was a very very technical track, but a lot of fun. I think it did a great job of separating the riders from the guys with hp. Did you get any pics of the women's race? Gurls can ride too! It was a close one! I was #63 on the KTM.

Posted by: racinggrl5

ok here is the race coverage, i believe.....

In the main, Mandy B. got the hole shot. I got around her on the third corner and started to pull away. Mandy stayed in 2nd until about the 5th lap, she spun out and unfortunately and killed it Amanda worked her way into second. I ran off the track on the last 3 laps. Amanda got pretty close to me, but i was able to still take the win. Amanda took second while pressuring me on the last lap. Jamie Luburgh took third!

Thats about it.... now the Paducah National, was an awsome race in the womens class with me and mandy!

Posted by: dirtmomma

Ms. Clayton (is it Beth?) This way I won't have to be so formal in the future... lol

Posted by: blue groove

Ok I don't know her name but she did pretty good to be under powered.

Posted by: blue groove

Ok I seen her practice and I thought that the womens class may be pretty good since there was another fast woman out there but I was disapointed not to see her run the women's class....

Is that cause you like us or cause you're scared of us? I'm kiddin great coverage, I just wish the magazines would do more for TT racing. Hopefully with Suzuki jumping in it next year things will get better.
