I get alittle white blueish smoke from the exhaust..any help would be super..

Sounds like your burning a little oil.

i get a little bit of that when i first change my oil. i dont mess around with the exact amount, so i dunk in 2 quarts and let my motor burn off the .1 quarts. and it's blue so thats what that is.
i usually get a little bit of white smoke when i first start it up if i let it sit out overnight, it's just condensation- steam.

does is smoke all the time?

It could be a few things..It could be that you are over full with oil, that you have bad rings, or your valve guides (seals) are shot. If you are over full with oil that can also cause some seals to go bad also so you dont want to do that..It is most likely bad rings if it smokes the whole time and if it just smokes when you start it is most likely the valve guides (seals) because the oil will be able to bypass from the head to the top of the cylinder after the bike has set for awhile..
