is it ok to leave the oil filter in for one change. or will that somehow hurt the engine

yes..i change my oil filter every other time...you will be FINE

it will most likely be fine but for 5 bucks you might as well change it

you change the filter for your car everytime theres no reason why you should skimp on your quad. good insurance imo

Get a new one! They are only $3 from C&D!! Also, stock up on them if you change your oil often. Much cheaper than the 8 bucks I pay for my yammie filters! It also give you an excuse to buy the spider grips! They are on sale!!
