I just want to know how the weather is? Is it windy etc?
I will be out there either Aug 20th thru 22nd or Aug 27th thru the 29th.

Hasn't been windy in quite awhile, just enough to smooth over the dunes everynight. Fog has been clearing out early and it's been sunny all day. Weather has basicly been outstanding. PM me if you head out the 20-22 and are looking for some people to ride with, I'm about 15 minutes South and will def. be out there those days.

Weather hasn't really changed since the "last report". No problems with wind lately. Fog tends to stick around a little longer every once in awhile, but usually only right on the beach line and not once you get into the dunes.

Well I will not be heading out this weekend. My truck is in the shop. I will be out there next weekend with alot more people.

wow weather was so nice this last weekend.............got kind of breezy on sat evening but other then that it was nice n warm out......fog was gone by about 930-10 goin down again the 27th to whenever.......

hey guys, i will also be down there for that weekend.. friday morning until probably sunday..maybe. but im not sure.. we should all hook up down there. i will be going solo so itd be cool to ride w/ some people.

breyon55, i see youre from fremont. so am i. we should hook up and ride sometime, if not down at pismo, maybe hollister or carnegie.

Well I will call k2snow when we get out there. I am not sure how people are going. Some say yes and some keep saying they do not know. All I know is I will be there camping on the beach on the 27th of aug.

sounds good. i will more than likely be the young one at 17 as of today. and ive heard alot about k2snow, it be cool to ride w/ him. this trip is turning out to be alot better then i thought, i was just planning on riding by myself for 2 days, lol.

and do you have any idea about what time youd be there, i usually leave home around 6 ish (AM) wich would put me there around 9 30 is if i stop.. i like to beat the majority of the day users so i can get a spot in 2wd

Ah well K2Snow isn't going to be able to make it out on the 27th. I am leaving that morning, permanently (San Diego for college). The quad is going to see the sand for the last time this weekend and then that's it. From there, it's either another quad or a streetbike, more than likely the latter. Hopefully gonna get some pictures of my final ride including pictures of all the new FMX tricks and my last and hopefully successful attempt at a superman seat grab.

I really dont have a spot. Where ever we find a space we go. There are going to be people waiting for us so I really dont know where I will be staying. I will let you know as soon as I get more info. 2 of the riders already backed out from this weekend.

i did figure out im going home saturday for sure.. there is a good guys carshow up here in pleasanton friday saturday and sunday, ive been to every local carshow hosted by good guys and im not about to miss this one

yea ill be there.... im kinda mad though, i was looking forward to me riding on a new set of elkas and some haulers instead of my geckos but w/ my luck theyre running late so ill be going w/o them, which sucks but its not gonna kill me.

did you ever figure out how many people youre going to be w/ down there?

not 100% sure on who is there already. All I care about is riding. If it has to be me alone I will. I cant really say how many until they show up. They like to flake alot so I just tell them to meet me there. If they show they show cool but if not oh well.

white 1996 chevy s10 standard cab, 2x4 w/ a big black fox sticker on the tail gate. ill be camped in a green/yellow 3 man tent

red 400ex w/ geckos.

my gear is red fox/honda pants and jersey and blue boots/helmet.

like i said before, im 17 so dont be looking for an older guy.

Hey Travis, on saturday had to take my wifes bike up to one of the shops to get fixed. She screwed her clutch up. After I came back me and about 10 guys rode where we seen you and I did not see your truck. What time and day did you leave?
