Waht are hotcams? what do they do? and do u ahve to put both intake and exhaust hotcams on? like should you?

do you know what a cam shaft is? the z400 motor is a dual over head cam, it has 1 camshaft for 2 intake valve and then another camshaft for 2 exhaust valves, they are better becasue theylet more air flow by keeping the vavles opened just a hair longer but then when ya ad the drz valve springs they are stiffer and they close the valves alot faster, the hotcams are the camshafts, i know people just get the intake and some just get both, i would get both, but thats me, they are great if you are looking to mod your motor a little adding hotcams and a dyna ignition it will bring the Z to life
