the Rausch Creek 6 hour race is only 5 days away!!!!

My other posted got a lil off subject so here's a new one!!

Most recent news about the track: 2.5 miles of MX + 2 miles of TT style then 5 miles of woods...... a total of @ 9 miles or so. The TT part will be the natural terrain course the MX part will feature the ATV Expert course, then loop into the woods.. There are some killer trails at Rausch. Its nice and rocky too!!

Hope to see lots of people there, Rausch is a great place to train, ride and race!!!!!!!

I can't wait, we are leaving Wednesday night for our 1,500 mile trip.

Posted by: Kilabanshee

Do they have an age limit for the an age set for the gncc B or C classes?? Ive raced the local d6 races and I know there isnot any age limit as long as you have your parents signature, Iam 15 and wanna make sure that I can get into this race if I go.

todd rothermel, warren draper, and me are racing warrens yfz in the a class. i went to rausch creek this past sat. and rode the yfz and i loved it, that was the first time on one and it was cool. i might have to give the suzuki a break and get a yamaha. alot more power, and i could ride it alot better than mine.

Alba Actions Girls will be ready my tonight. Just put in the 490 Alba Desert Stroker motor in, Lonestar / AXIS sent there new frontend & swingarm that give 13" of travel front & rear with 21 & 20" Maxxis rear Razor XC tires. Looks like gearing is going to be a 14 / 34 which should be good for 80 + MPH. May need to upgrade the brakes.... We also upgraded the electrical system with all new Trailtech components with will exceed over 2.5 Million candle power!

You ready Jay??

Well, Just found out that my family won't be attending. We were going to be racing all together until I realized I only have 2 weeks to pack my whole house, and everyone now has to work.

Jay did they change something. When we talked to Mark last week they were saying that they weren't going on the expert MX course, but the intermediate one instead.

Intermediate one being at the bottom!

Something about not being able to bang bars with Harlen if I did not race has brought me back!
Plus I know Harlen will be pushing that Z to the limits since his name is not on the title! Poor Owner......

Posted by: jlhughes750

How's everyone breakin down ride time??? every lap, every tank of gas???? or just 3 long runs per rider??

Posted by: Derno24

Rick that is why we had him get the gussetting done. I figure he would make sure to have some plate steel welded in there so it will at least make the finish.
