Anyone else have one ?? i bought the full system and it took over an hour of grinding and banging just to get the header on, the part that goes into the head was too fat, had to grind it down about 1/16 inch on each side. Im not satisfied and dont know why i purchased another lrd system bcuz the same thing happened on my 400ex system. well near the same. any info would be greatly appreciated.

i really love my LRD now.. besides my paint is coming off in the back.. which sucks.. oh well

I purchased the LRD full system as well. I didn't have any problems installing it. The head pipe was a breeze and the muffler took a little time to get perfect but nothing that I would really complain about. I am still jetting mine but so far like the system. I did think it would be a ton faster than the stock pipe with the baffle removed but it wasn't a huge difference. Maybe when I get the jetting done it will be better.

ok, problem solved, called LRD today and they sending me a new header. The piece they had sent me was not milled down ( the part that goes into the head was still the stize from the mold ). So the problem is solved and i hope it works.

What is everyone running for jets with the LRD full system.

I am running a 170 main, 48 pilot, 1 turn out on fuel screw and 4th clip on the needle. It seems to be running lean because it did backfire once or twice last race. It also stalled out and took a few tries to get it started. I will try a 172 and see if that helps.

As far as mods the only other thing I have is a NOSS air filter adaptor and a K & N filter.
