That place is only 5 mins from my place. Really though, there is so much open riding in this area, I wonder how much use it will really see from people who live here. I'll have a look when they open up just the same.

No, it is not.

It appears that they are planning OHV use, but are waiting for permits, environmental study, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if it takes another year or two.

It will not be free.
