I finally got enough money to get me a new quad, I been thinking and i dont kno which one i should get between a raptor, yfz, 450r, or a banshee, can any one suggest which one i should get,
mostly its gonna be for trail riding but iam also gonna put about $2500 for motor work within the next 6 months and drag it in a 300ft, mostly i want something for trail riding.

none of those are great trail riding bikes but i would go wit the raptor or the trx450 the banshee is way to high strung for trailriding......

Raptors are high-centered,dont get it for trails but it would be an idea for your drag racer.

You can't mix drag racing and trail riding.......for drag racing i would get the banshee(if you put that kinda $$$ into a shee, you will have one bad *** shee) and for trails i would buy the 400ex, it is the toughest and most reliable quad out there and if you shop around you buy them for less than $5,000

I have rode all in the woods. all good choices!!!!!!! The shee is the best for the drags but the hardest to woods ride!!!!
I would go with the TRX450r its the best for the woods but it likes to wheele and propley not make a good drag bike stock.

i sold my shee to get my 450r and i love them both!!
On the shee you fight the bike more then the trails!!!

My friend has a raptor and it is a great bike for cursing
my other friend has a YZF450 and he cant ride it and will not let me show him how to ride it so i dont like it..

ID say a shee with about $3000.00 in the handling department and couple hundred in the power department. Would be bad *****

Or u could just get a new 450 honda or yanajunk

banshees arent good unless youve really got them going

and trx450 and yfz450 beat raptors

just make the right decision yfz

a z400 is pretty good trail and all around its better than the raptor in trail

the trx is best for trails but it is pretty fast so u might be able to turn it into a drag racer

...how many banshee's have you owned?I ride mine in 5th gear in some trails that are about 10ft wide and 3rd in tight trails.The Banshee has a nice seat

and to ride rocky trails you will need a good back tire to hook up, but i have made it 6 months with my stockers (suck).The rapter is to tall and tippsy.I would get the banshee or one of the 450's depending on what stroke you like.But my modo is "4 strokes suck...2 strokes truck"

i said banshee's break down alot cuz my friend has a shee and he said he had a lot of problems with it , but that was a 1987 banshee, you can get a banshee but make sure you get a newer one, i still recamend the fo fiddy though

if you want a good trail bike go with the z400/kfz/dvx it is awsome size for trails and has reverse has plenty of power for trails. the yfz and trx are more race bikes

what about the 400ex, you have mentioned the kfx/z/dfx but not the 400ex

all i can say is banshees suck in the handling dept
450 is the way to go
my bud has a brand new one and it handles like chit(banshee)
ive also owned one a while back b4 even the 400ex was out and back then it was the thing to have
i raced my friends with dual lrd exaust and i beat him on my 450

If you want to have fun in the trails then get a banshee. My freind has one and it is always a dream to ride. If you have bald tires then you can rip some excellent dounuts. And for further refference, z400s arn't as fast as u think they are.

banshees are ****ty trail bikes they have no bottom end at all
i would go with the raptor or the 450r i rode a banshee a couple times i wasted all my buds on the gravel road but they caught up with me on the trails cuz it would die if you let it go down at all
