i need help....on my 400's frame by the footpegs the paint is stariting to chip away...i think its bc i bottommed out really hard a couple times and it tourqued a little....you cant tell that its bent though....should i consider shocks??or gussets for the frame....please help

Maybe you should take it a little easier on the shocks and frame as a whole. If the frame is bent and you keep beating the hell out of it, it will break on you. I would either 1) look into a new frame 2) buy some aftermarket shocks 3) guesset the hell out of the frame 4) quit beating your quad to death.

Sounds like carelessness too me.

if I was you, I would consider some new shocks AND guesseting the frame. Or just take it a little easier
