The 106cc kit cam in from DrATV.com. I don't have a manual so please throw some info my way!

1. How do you remove the round camshaft cover? I tried knocking it around and it broke most of the tip off.

2. What are the torque specs on the head bolts?

3. Anything special needed for the camshaft reinstallation? I intend to tie wrap the timing gear to the chain so hopefully the marks will not be lost.

4. What is the bolt in the middle of the cylinder holding?

The full list of mods for this round will be the 106cc kit, valve springs and camshaft. I've still got to order the cdi, key and pipe.

the cam cover has a bolt on the opposite side of the head holding it on. and the bolt in the middle of the cylinder is the cam chain roller. i recommend getting a service manual. pm me your e-mail address and i will send you a service manual on cd you can view from your computer

Thanks for the info and offer of the manual. I picked-up a '93 TRX90 at the local dealer for $20 as he said they really haven't changed much.
