How do burn the rubber on the rears on a 250EX?

not a very hard task. have it in second put the front brakes on and lean on the handle bars then give it some gas. or if that dont work do the same as before but hold the shifter between 1st and 2nd so that the shifter is up then rev it up and let it drop down in second. but this method is also very hard on your tranny and i wouldn't recomond you do it alot.

i burn rubber throught the first three gears on the road. i am almost all the way over the bars to get the rear tires spinning. not to hard, but you can get them smoking in no time.

Guys, thanks for all the replies, i'll try them all sometime! bout right know its in the shop getting its check-up. (i'm suppost to take it back before the first 20 miles) i just bought it on the 27th of april

Okay first off I want you to know I own a 250ex myself..And the best way to burn your rubber is...............

Stick a rag in the tank and light it and push it off of a cliff..Then watch it burn

Yea no lie push It off a clif and get yea a 400ex that will burn some rubbers....I know my friend who just bought a brand new 400ex and all the rubber on the rear tires are bald and my other friends blaster is going through more mud than his 400ex...its crazy!!

shut it halter! i would have gotten a 400ex or a 450r/something like that, if i could have. but i couldn't, o well, when i get enough money i'll buy me one someday. but right now i'm fine. the thing pers like tiger , and runs like deer, so i can live with it.

well there is 2 leevrs on ur right side of the handle bars 1 u pulled the other u push ,pull the shiny 1 inward,once done then start to push the one under ur thumb lean forward and if u can hold the lever with ur thumb as far as u can go and ur not moving but ur motor is revin really high ,then by god u have urself a burn out

ok i just relized the only way to burn rubber on a 250ex is with a torch,or maybe a lighter but takes 3times as long
