Who's going? I know that some are going to Iowa and PA. Looks like it might be muddy but not hot. I sure hope the UPS man comes, or the old parts are going back in.

Posted by: Carl Nevins

i am, what's the ups man got for ya? i think were leaving about 6:30ish

Posted by: powerstroke

be there fo sho!!!!!!

Posted by: Yurik Norton

ill be there as always...hopefully the course is better then that first rocky pos messed my bike up

Posted by: motoboy66

The UPS man is bringing new bearings for my swingarm. I just put the old ones back in though. I think they will hold up for a few more races. They just had some slop in them, and didnt turn. IU got them to turn, so they are kinda working. Nick doesn't know if he can go, so I might be going solo. Either way I will be there.

Todd

Posted by: powerstroke

rocky pos???? lebanon is an AWESOME track! That was also probably the smoothest lebanon track in the 5 years I have been racing there. Westphalia is a tad rocky too Matt

Posted by: BUCK442

Pstroker: Where is this Westphalia? I do not have it on my map. I might gi If I get all my parts in today. If not tell Shep and Hicks rubber side down!

Posted by: 5valves

South on HWY 63 from Jefferson city to hwy 133. Right on hwy 133 for 9 miles. Left on county rd 516 and follow the arrows.

We are leaving in about a half an hour. Hoping to get a room In Jefferson City.

See ya tomorrow.

Todd

Posted by: toby400ex

That was fun.

Posted by: motoboy66

It was rough and tight. Weaving through the trees in first gear killed me. It was a good time. Now lets see some pics, there where cameras all over the place

Todd

Posted by: Martin Blair

it was fun, it was nice and smooth I thought ii was real fast paced and I was never lower then second, it was alot easier then lebanon.

you all going to the next one in Marshfield?

Posted by: Carl Nevins

yeah it was fun till the last lap while leading the c class i lost a wheel in the creek. i'll be at marshfield.

u musta been stuck with me in that huge arse mud pit...i was in 3rd in the c class and got stuck and couldnt get it unstuck...finally someone came and helped me and i ended up placing 21...i was pretty damn pissed off

Posted by: Martin Blair

just face it yurik your never going to be able to beat me, you either get stuck or hit a tree and I close up.

that start was awsome you got in 2nd somehow, and I ended up 3rd to last after all the pileups.

lies...i had u owned sept that last lap stuck in the mud...start i got second, turned over in that like 6th turn but i stayed in 6th, closed up the gap on the 2nd lap and got into 3rd, then i got stuck behind some dude and stuck in the mud pit

Posted by: hon400ex

who won the pro class?

Posted by: motoboy66

I liked the Lebanon track much better. I guess my buddy has been scrrewing with my shocks again, they didn't seem to be working the best. I'll be at the next one as well. Now where are those pictures.

Posted by: Rdogg450

The field crossing with the 2 jumps was pretty cool overall i thought it was a fun race.

Posted by: toby400ex

I got 4th in 4 stroke c, what did u guys get. I had a good battle with a white YFZ the whole race and i finally passed him on the last lap.

Posted by: powerstroke

david hicks won the pro class. It was a great track--had a lot of fun. Unfortunately i suffered 2 flats and salvaged a 5th in A class and 13th overall. oh well...theres always next time.

P.S. sorry buck I didnt see your post until after the race. Later all. Matt

Posted by: Carl Nevins

i lead the last lap of 4strk c until my wheel came off in the creek finished 12th after i got another wheel

Posted by: motoboy66

13th B class. Those two jumps in the feild were fun.

Posted by: tprender

I am glad to see that all of you like the race. The rain the days before did not hurt the track very much. We were going to put more jumps in the field but didn't have enought time because of the rain. Again about 150 quads and some didn't come, but went to the Iowa race instead. Gald to see more rides in the stock class. You will be getting your flyer for the March of dimes race soon. Sell the raffle tickes and then use that money as your entree fee when you turn them in. this way you get to ride free one weekend.

Posted by: BUCK442

Posted by: Rdogg450

Posted by: Carl Nevins

ya got me now but i'll get you don't worry the creek is coming you better set up the course and practice hard. are you setting it up? i don't know the condition of any of the people that were injured?

Posted by: powerstroke

buck did you got to the national over the weekend? if so how did it go? Matt

Posted by: tprender

The one was a bike rider, riding sweep and he got hit by a quad during the race. His wife said later that night that he had a concusion and not sure about anything more. She then said that he would be back on Sunday to help some more, but I never did see him. The other rider on the V-force that crashed was air lifted from Jeff City to Kansas City on Sat night because he needed to be worked on and they couln't get hold of the local doc in Jeff City. Didn't answer his page from what the amublance people said on Sunday. No one was hurt bigtime on Sunday.

Posted by: yfz450xc

WELL THAT SUCKS THATS THE SAME WEEKEND AS Iowa when`s your next one?

Posted by: Rdogg450

I'll definitely be at Splinter as long as i'm guaranteed its ran better than Taylorville>> lol!

Posted by: yfz450xc

I sure hope it's better than taylorville , we dont have the land they do but we got alot more terrain , I'm hoping for about 5 mile loops w/ 2-3 creeks and some log crossoings w/ about 3/4 mx track in it, practice for the quads will be early to knock down anything I missed, next race is September 12.

Posted by: powerstroke

I will definitely be at splinter creek. You guys should really check it out. The track is good. I have always liked racing there. In the past the tracks have been pretty short--but who cares. Its a nice fun track. P.S. yfz450xc, am I eligible for beginner at splinter creek????????????

Posted by: yfz450xc

Yea Powerstroke we have a new class designed just for you and the other guys, its called AA beginner or super senoir 4 stroke c, what do you think, HaHa ; and actually the course is coming along really well we were out there again this weekend and were trying to make it long as possible ,Thanks Powerstroke and remember it'll be good practice for Marshfield.
Take care

Posted by: powerstroke

AA beginner........man i laughed my a** off when i read that. anyway-- you going over to casey on memorial day? they have had pretty nice tracks lately. Me gaylon and dave are gonna head over there. I just got my custom axis in the mail($ouch$) so I am dying to hit the track. talk at ya later. Matt

Posted by: BUCK442

CUSTOM AXIS= Bend OVER!

That yami goes so fast I don't even feel the bumps!!!!!

Race at Casey huh, maybee I can make that, looks like rain

See ya in the AAA first year racer rookie pro class Peterstoker!

Posted by: yfz450xc

Yea ; I saw casey's race , didn't they move that to a monday , I thought thats what I heard, everyone seems to be going w/ them axis for the yfz lately I'll have to stick w/ the stockers, for now back still sore from bending over for everything else I had to get.
Take care

Posted by: powerstroke

yea the race is monday at 1:30 pm sharp at casey. PETERSTROKER that was just wrong buck! lol. I might have to give ya a friendly T-bone at casey for that one lol. anyway--u going to sheppards saturday buck? I havent decided if i am going yet. I would like to go down there and get a ride in and try to dial my shock for casey but down to sheppards then over to casey is a lot of drivin for me in one weekend. Im sure both places will be muddy too. anyway hope to see you guys at casey! Matt

Posted by: BUCK442

I do not know about sat yet, depends on the weather. I will go to one of the two for sure. I have been told that casey has some pretty mean creek crossings when it rains.

If ya want you can put that shock on mine and I dial it in for ya!
