is it ok to run mobil 1 15w-50 year round? I live in southern Nj. coldest it ever really gets is like 10 degrees F

yes..its the best stuff.I run mine year round but it only gets to about 20 here

I rode at -65F and it was ok. On the bottle it says its ok until than. You will be fine

Yeah U will Run Fine.But I don't know if Mobil 1 15w-50 is good for trails ridings.For Moment i use Honda Gn4 10w-40 but i want something better to cool my engine and got some performance.
Any1 know a good performance oil for trails riders?Is Mobil 1 15w/50 is good for this?

Just want to make sure I am getting the right stuff....Mobil1 15W/50.....This is the oil with the red cap....It is a synthetic oil right?

that's pretty much all i ride is xc and i run the red cap couldn't be happier with it's performance

So I take it all of you guys are fans of the Mobil 1 red cap. has anybody had problems with the clutches slipping??

no..the additives that cause that are not in the red cap..if you run the red cap & your clutch slips you have other problems

i'm in northern wisconsin and i run mobile 1 15w50 year round. temps go from -40F to 105F. hasnt missed a beat.

good oil for cars but I belive that oil will make the wet clutch in four wheelers slip & cause other problems...I wouldnt run any synthetic oils except the mobile one red cap if you decide to do so...the asmoil works well too but I have not used it so i dont know about that.
